All images and Logos on this website are copyright of Chapman Rings Pty Ltd  No downloading of images and information’s on this website is permitted. We reserve the right to change Prices and products at anytime and impose additional fees or charges.
 
Shipping  All payments of products must be made in full before we make shipment to you. For an estimated delivery time you may enquire at   Australia Post website.  Chapman rings does not Guarantee delivery day or times, we give only estimates. We ask customers to verify their address details as we are not responsible for wrong address details you the buyer give us. All Customers can request Registered Post /a signature on delivery. In cases where the total amount is high, we reserve the right to add registered post.
 
Returns Policy  
 
We give 3 days for customers to check their orders are correct and in good condition. We DO NOT accept returns of bird rings and bands that have been custom made or have been USED.  We will accept returns of Plastic rings /bands and Numbered Aluminium rings/Bands that are in there original Appearance and UNUSED and ready for RE-Sale. Postage Back to us shall be the buyer’s responsibility.
 
Payment Methods  Chapman Rings prefer Direct Deposit, but we also take Credit cards and Cheques. We reserve the right to impose a surcharge if a credit card payment doesn’t go through.
 
Dear Customers when making an order through emails, our reply to you is a quotation only.Payment is required in 7 days of quote to finalise the order.
 
Dear customers our Rings and bands are very Durable and sturdy but we don’t guarantee life-time wear. All birds are different in temperament and in nature, many birds will scratch and peck at their rings which may cause damage to the ring, we are not responsible for the bird’s actions or rough handling of the rings.
